Terms & Conditions for 39ok — Your Rights, Our Rules, and the Agreement That Governs Your Account

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 39ok platform, accessible at 39ok.vip, including all associated services, products, software, features, and content offered by 39ok (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting any promotional offer, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any amendments that may be published from time to time.
• You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise when placing bets or playing casino games.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 39ok Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• 2.1 You are at least 18 years of age. 39ok operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all balances — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — will be permanently forfeited.
• 2.2 You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• 2.3 You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.
• 2.4 You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee, contractor, or agent of 39ok or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios.
• 2.5 You have not previously been self-excluded from the 39ok Platform or been excluded by 39ok due to a breach of these Terms.

By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 39ok reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting any eligibility criterion at any time and to suspend or close your account pending receipt and review of such documentation.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 39ok services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. 39ok may conduct identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle. This may include requesting copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 39ok Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 39ok will close all related accounts and may permanently forfeit any balances held therein. Players who believe a duplicate account has been created in their name fraudulently should contact support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 39ok immediately.

39ok strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all registered players from the account security settings. 39ok will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All 39ok accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, wagering requirements, and bonus values are all expressed and processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by 39ok on BDT transactions; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) may apply their own standard fees or conversion rates where applicable.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 39ok account may be made using the payment methods currently available on the Platform, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed instantly under normal operating conditions.

All deposits must be funded from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members or friends — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, 39ok reserves the right to void the deposit and return the funds to the originating payment source, subject to applicable verification requirements.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals are targeted for processing within 30 minutes during staffed hours, which are aligned to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside staffed hours will be queued and processed at the next available staffed period.

39ok may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and is not an indication of any account irregularity. Delays in providing requested documentation will result in a corresponding delay in the withdrawal being processed.

4.3 Transaction Limits

Transaction limits — including minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts — are specified on the 39ok Cashier page and may be adjusted periodically. Players seeking higher transaction limits may apply through the support team, subject to additional verification requirements.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit at 39ok are eligible for the welcome bonus, which is currently a 500% deposit match up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and permanent account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded at 39ok — including but not limited to the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional credits — are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual offer at the time it is presented to you. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the individual offer terms. Unmet wagering requirements and unused bonus funds that expire at the end of the stated validity period are forfeited automatically. 39ok will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

39ok operates strict monitoring for promotional abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include: claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, using low-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, coordinating with other players to exploit offers, and misrepresenting personal information to qualify for offers not available to you. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all balances forfeited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 39ok Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant financial or regulatory authorities:

• 6.1 Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, impersonating another individual, or misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction of residence.
• 6.2 Money laundering: Using the 39ok Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 39ok is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• 6.3 Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interfaces with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by 39ok.
• 6.4 Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• 6.5 Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your 39ok account. All disputed transactions are subject to investigation, and fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• 6.6 Hacking and interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers, databases, or any other player's account. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with Platform software is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by 39ok

39ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, provision of false information, court order or regulatory direction, or where continued operation of the account is deemed to present a risk to the Platform's integrity.

Upon closure for breach of these Terms, all balances — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, a business decision to cease operations in a particular market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling or who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and take effect within two hours of confirmation. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

39ok endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, telecommunications failures, or circumstances beyond 39ok's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 39ok will not be liable for any losses — including wagering losses, missed promotional opportunities, or inability to withdraw — arising from Platform downtime.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting the operation of any game on the Platform, 39ok reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the applicable stakes to the affected players. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round may be voided. The decision of 39ok's technical team regarding the occurrence and scope of a malfunction is final.

8.3 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 39ok's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 39ok account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
